Cappro Pacific is the market leader within recruitment for the earthmoving industry. For the last 12 months they have been working hard to build their brand and business throughout Australia and New Zealand. Cappro Pacific cover all levels of positions throughout the earthmoving industry from your workshop, sales, parts, operations, senior management, logistics, warehousing, and director level staff roles.
Principal Consultant Ryan ‘O’Donnell says they have seen many changes in the last 12 months due to COVID and it’s important to advise clients how to operate and secure the best staff for their business. The many new challenges from interviewing staff, start date logistics and other challenges has seen the business not only covering recruitment operations, but also advising key clients how do onboard staff effectively and successfully through these testing times.
Since starting in January 2021 Cappro Pacific has successfully placed 105 employees within the earthmoving industry and have worked with some outstanding companies that have grown significantly due to partnering with Cappro Pacific. They’re looking forward to growing with new clients in 2022.

ProBuild Insurance Brokers was established by Directors Andrew Farrar and Dane Mason on the back of years of experience providing Builders and Tradies with tailored insurance solutions on the Mid North Coast and in the Hunter Region of NSW.
ProBuild was created to provide tailored insurance solutions for the Building and Construction industry.
Dane and Andrew wanted to offer a unique service to their customers. They reintroduced some ‘old school’ values with a focus on service and understanding the client’s needs and wants.
Bec Innes, a former Plant and machinery Underwriter, joined the team this year to further strengthen our focus on the Civil Construction and Earthmoving Insurance industry.
