Buyers anticipate Euro Auctions Brisbane sale on 22nd April as consignors send good quality machinery to auction
The next one-day Euro Auctions sale in Brisbane on 22nd April is attracting much interest from buyers, as vendors consign good late, low hours big-ticket machinery, and unregistered equipment for sale.
Euro Auctions has gained a solid reputation in Australasia and on the Pacific rim for presenting good quality equipment for sale, and this sale is no exception. That said, sellers are still welcome to consign and there is still time to enter equipment into this popular auction.
Despite Covid and the restrictions the pandemic puts in the way of a physical sale, Euro Auctions globally continues to operate an online ‘live sale’ with live bidding. Conducted by live auctioneers, the sale on the 22nd April will follow this format, with buyers able to bid via the internet, in real time.

Since the Covid ‘lockdown’ Lucas and his team have been conducting live online sales, and the format works very well indeed.”

Prices have been strong at Brisbane sales comments Euro Auctions, Craig Hart, “Results of previous sales in late 2020 and early 2021 have been strong, showing an appetite for good quality used equipment and machinery. We have also been attracting up to 20% more bidders than the same sales in late 2019, with first time registrations also increasing steadily. In November 2020, 30% of all bidder accounts were first-timers, of which 20% successfully bid for and purchased machinery. My fellow Territory Managers have been assisting many more serious buyers who are looking for a broad inventory of equipment and machinery for infrastructure projects, suggesting that good used equipment represents excellent value and in many cases better value than new. As imports have been restricted during the pandemic ‘lockdown’ the following results show the strength of the use equipment market.”
