2021 Salesperson Of The Year

Keil Davies

Keil started with Porter Group in 2015 following a move from New Zealand to Sydney. In 2018, Keil relocated to Melbourne where he is primarily responsible for the Melbourne Metro and Western Victorian Regions.

During a career in heavy equipment spanning almost two decades, Keil has held various positions from Parts Sales through to National Sales Management and been involved with several industry associations which has provided Keil with a strong network and the experience to achieve 360-degree solutions for his customers.

Keil looks forward to building on Porter Group’s momentum in the Melbourne market and is proud to represent a family-owned business which is quickly becoming a true industry icon.

Ryan has been working with Volvo Construction for the past ten years between Australia and New Zealand.

Starting off his career at CJD Equipment Pty Ltd in 2011 as a sales cadet working his way into a Regional Sales Manager position. The past two years Ryan was Regional Sales Manager for the Melbourne Metro & Northern Victoria markets but has since taken a position as Regional Sales Manager for Brisbane Metro.

Ryan is deeply passionate about the earthmoving industry and has made many long lasting relationships with customers and suppliers. He am also extremely proud to work for CJD Equipment Pty Ltd and represent the Volvo Construction products.


Wesley Don. Finalist for Salesperson Of The Year in the Australian Earthmoving Awards.

Wesley has been working with Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCMA) for the past eight years as a Sales Representative for South East Melbourne.

Wesley was born into the industry, growing up running the family company with his father at Wangaratta Machinery Sales. Wesley’s transition from being a customer of HCMA to now being one of their leading reps gives him a unique business perspective on the industry.

Wesley is driven by his own experience as a business owner and the need to provide the ultimate level of customer service when selling a world class product such as Hitachi.
